Guests onboard ‘Lough Ree Access for All’ were recently treated to a rear sighting of a local otter. The crew have decided to call him Oliver and he has been spotted a few times recently, raising hopes that there may be more than one otter in the area. Otters are normally nocturnal but this fella seems to be quite happy to make appearances during the day and even seemed to pose for a few photographs.
