If you book online you have already agreed to the terms and conditions of the Lough Ree Access For All Clg Disclaimer. If you book and pay at reception you must sign our disclaimer before admission to use the service.

Terms and Conditions

• A pre-purchased ticket is required to confirm a booking, tickets are available to purchase here on our website, tickets don’t have to be printed, you will receive a booking ID that you can display on your phone when boarding. ID may be required before boarding the vessel so please bring State registered ID
• Tickets may be available at the quayside North harbour Ballyleague on day of sailing on a first come first served basis after all pre-booked ticket holders have boarded the vessel
• Late arrivals will only be accommodated if space is available or will be offered places on the next available
• It is advisable to arrive at the quayside  20 minutes before departure time.
• It is advisable to arrive on the boat in wet weather gear. The vessel has limited weather cover
• Public Toilets are available on the Quayside in Ballyleague. There are NO toilet facilities on the boat
• Lough Ree Access For All  cruise 7 days per week, weather permitting.
• Please ensure your tickets are purchased for the correct number of adults/children/seniors.
• Carers and personal assistants may travel at discount rate on vessel. Please indicate this on the booking page
• Lough Ree Access For All reserve the right to charge the appropriate entry fee to anyone who cannot validate
• For scheduled sailings refunds are only available if a cruise is cancelled.
• Carry on alcohol/food are not allowed on board.
• The Captain reserves the right to refuse passage & to change sailing times, schedules and embarkation/disembarkation point without prior notice and some sailings may also be subject to minimum numbers.
• A full refund is available if sailing is cancelled due to adverse sea or weather conditions, or you can opt to travel
• No refund given if reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.
• No refund given if reservation is booked and cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.
• Refunds will not be given to groups (minimum 10 people) cancelling within 48 hours.
